Summary

We are looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to lead technical solutioning and implementations across a wide range of client industries. This role blends deep Salesforce expertise with a flexible, consultative mindset. You will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, leading Salesforce projects from discovery to completion, and directly engaging with clients to ensure business objectives are met. The idóneo candidate brings strong experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds, particularly Health Cloud, and thrives in an adaptable,



highly collaborative environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).

Professional Experience

10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including comprehensive consulting and implementation

Proven success in client-facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within agile delivery and consulting environments

Demonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution discovery, design sessions, and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide projects through successful, end-to-end completion

Oversee and actively participate in build work, configuration, and quality assurance

Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align seamlessly with their business objectives

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

Core Architecture & Configuration: Deep grasp of Salesforce architecture,



standard configuration, and advanced automation (Flows)

Industry Clouds: Implementation experience with at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud, preferably Health Cloud

Integrations: Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data-sharing best practices

Methodologies: Deep understanding of agile delivery models and project lifecycles

Nice to Have

Background working within healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industries

Exposure to Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft

2-3 active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Architect Certifications, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Agentforce Specialist)

Soft Skills

Advanced English proficiency

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders

High adaptability and the ability to pivot across unfamiliar technologies or business processes

Consultative mindset with a genuine passion for collaboration and continuous learning
