Description This is primarily a technical service position for appliances such as washing machines, televisions, among others. Support will be provided via phone, chat, and email.

What will you do? As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls on our support lines.

Providing professional and efficient assistance.

Completing required training and meeting quality standards.

City: Bogotá

Contract type: Permanent

Modality: Hybrid. Training On-Site, OPS wah (depending on performance)

Salary: COP $2,295,000 (+ aux)

Be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reside in Bogotá.

Availability to work on-site at Calle 165 # 45–46.

Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
