**What you will do**





You are responsible for delivering the Government Affairs and Policy strategy and results for Colombia (main market) Perú and Ecuador. You will proactively shape the external environment in favor of Kenvue’s priorities, proactively engaging policy key decision makers. You will be an active driver for our categories and brands. Reporting into the Corporate Affairs Director for Latin America North, you will work cross-functionally engaging internally to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
- Creates and executes impact-driven strategies to shape and influence the external environment.
- Maps and engages key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Kenvue’s policies and business practices.
- Builds trust within the organization and enhance reputation with key external stakeholders including elected officials and their staff, regulatory authorities and government agencies, media, NGOs and advoca
