**Role and Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the Head of Ops Latam and the Country Manager to set strategic goals, devising and delivering aligned operational activities.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
- Coordinate and evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives, implementing improvements where possible.
- Oversee customer support processes, refining them to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Revise and/or formulate policies and successfully manage their implementation.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, feeding back to the business regularly.
