Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia

Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems related to Procure to Pay operations.
- Interact with peers within Accenture and occasionally with clients and senior management.
- Work with minimal daily instruction and moderate guidance on new assignments.




- Make decisions that impact own work and potentially others; may oversee a small work effort or team.
- Possibly work in rotational shifts.

Qualified to perform:

- Procure to Pay Invoice Payments (P4).
- Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Design (P3).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Languages: Spanish C2, English B1.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Finance Operations vertical in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Boost vendor compliance, reduce savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms before payment.
- Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
- Ensure the order sequence and end‑to‑end financial process flows smoothly.
- Design, implement, manage, and support Accounts Payable activities, apply relevant policies and applications, and ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice processing.
- Verify invoice accuracy, coordinate payments, and maintain timely settlements with vendors and suppliers.
