Talent - Performance Specialist at BairesDev

In this role, you'll shape how performance is measured and understood across Talent Acquisition, transforming complex data into insights that directly improve individual performance and operational outcomes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and grow into a strategic analytics reference for the area.

What You'll Do:

- Consolidate, validate, and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze individual and team performance metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and recurring issues to generate actionable, data-driven insights for Talent Acquisition operations.
- Define, track, and evolve KPIs for existing and new Talent Acquisition roles.
- Partner with Operations and Automation teams, acting as the main point of contact for dashboard changes, data logic updates, and reporting improvements.

What we are looking for:

- 2-4 years of experience as a Performance Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst roles.
- Experience working with individual performance KPIs and operational metrics.
- Involvement in data-driven performance review processes.




- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and data querying.
- Experience consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, trends, outliers, and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Looker Studio or Databricks.
- Basic to intermediate SQL.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics roles linked to Talent, Operations, or QA.
- Experience in fast-growing or scaling environments.
