As an Implementation Consultant you'll bridge technical knowledge and business needs to support sales by crafting and presenting tailored solutions for our SaaS/cloud offerings. Your expertise in retail operations will enhance client engagements and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements and design Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Create and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product value.
- Analyze client challenges and craft innovative solutions using our SaaS/cloud platform.
- Act as a technical advisor, addressing client concerns and aligning needs with capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in a SaaS/cloud role, preferably with POC design experience.
- Retail operations experience in planning, inventory, or logistics.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
