Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented High Volume Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles. This individual will handle large candidate pipelines, conduct many interviews daily, and ensure a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The role demands success in a fast‑paced environment while recruiting across diverse and customized positions—including technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized roles—maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
- Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role‑specific requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, including customized or niche roles
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress




- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Core Requirements

- Detail‑oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
- Proven capability to conduct high‑volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, other customized positions)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
- Ability to clearly explain job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in high‑volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO environments
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking
- Experience with remote or general hiring processes

- Ability to manage 100+ candidates at various stages of the hiring process
