As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Coordinator to support our ORM Department. This role requires strong communication, crisis management, and team coordination skills to ensure smooth operations within the team.
You will be responsible for managing communication between teams, handling crisis situations, and ensuring that all ORM-related tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with designers, content creators, the paid social media team, and other team members to generate necessary assets while reporting back to the ORM Manager.
Your role at HFM
- Organize and manage the ORM team’s workflow and tasks.
- Monitor and address activities or trends that may impact the brand’s online presence.
- Act as the main communication bridge between regional teams and HQ.
- Monitor key review websites and forums; respond promptly to protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar for LATAM channels, including planning, scheduling and overseeing all posting activities across platforms.
- Manage the editorial content calendar for the region and develop content ideas to promote the company’s offerings and strengthen its online presence.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to create content and assets, ensuring message and brand consistency.
- Oversee social community management, including managing LATAM social media channels, engaging with users and responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Expand and improve the ORM education plan within the organization.
- Handle crisis management and ensure swift resolution of ORM-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ORM, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
- Experience in large companies and managing multi‑team projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.
- Cross‑cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional market nuances.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
- Background in project management and team coordination.
- Familiarity with social media management and monitoring tools.
- Experience or familiarity with financial markets.
- Ability to speak Portuguese is a plus.
