Sales QA Manager – You’re exactly who we’re missing in the TOP Team!
At TP, we are looking for a Sales QA Manager. You will be responsible for plan, coordinate and manage the activities of the quality department implementing the procedures qualitative criteria described in the BEST QA standard and strategies that add value to internal and external customers through data analysis and feedback, to identify trends and decide on actions, in order to ensure compliance with service level agreements and optimize processes and proposes automation when it is possible.
What you will do:
- Execute and lead the quality plans, execution of tasks and continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with the operation, account managers and training to guarantee contributing with solutions and efficiency of the quality area.
- Establish a line of contact between the Account Manager, Coordinating Directors and managers of the operation to define the work methodology, quality processes, tools and work teams of equally reconcile BEST and TOPS/ATAC requirements and standards in order to ensure compliance of the standards.
- Plan, control and direct the tasks and responsibilities of the quality team (Supervisors and Quality Analysts) of the campaign(s) based on annual evaluations of people to ensure that they are implementing good practices and validating their effectiveness.
- Analyze reports, look for opportunities for improvement, perform root cause analysis and other types of analysis,
propose activities to promote continuous improvement/SIX sigma; control its application with the aim of monitor quality control metrics to improve performance and mitigate in a timely manner quality issues by contributing corrective action, escalating as needed to resolve and achieve commitments.
- Analyze the Top Call Drivers, the main behavior opportunities, and the correlations in order to propose activities to attack and resolve deviations from the metrics in the operation in order to ensure quality participation in internal calibration sessions.
- Prepare and present monthly statements to AM / Director on improvements, status, recommended strategies in QA, opening the possibility of automating processes in order to contribute to compliance with expectations of the operation, guaranteeing the BEST QA with a greater sense of flexibility.
What the TOP Team is looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields
- 1 year of experience as a Quality Team Leader, or 1.5 years as a Quality Analyst (preferably in outbound sales accounts or B2B / B2C / Retail).
