The Role

This is an inclusive role. We're looking to hire a Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.




- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
- Deep understanding of IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, DevOps) and a strong background in non-IT corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
- Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Recruitment Track Record: Proven track record of closing C-Level positions (CEO, CTO, VPs, etc.).
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
