**Job Summary**
The Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement for the Latin America Region leads the tactical execution of marketing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. This role ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and the company’s business objectives, working closely with the Marketing Director for the Latin America and Region subsidiaries. The position focuses on project management, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing performance across the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing operations process to support regional business goals, focusing on regional alignment and resources optimization.
- Enhance global network with corporate functions in his / her areas of responsibilities ensuring properly cascading of general processes and projects into LATAM region
- Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Oversee company marketing technology and digital tools / systems, ensuring adoption efficient use and continuous improvement across LATAM region.
- Drive process optimization and standardization across the region’s marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines and marketing policies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor’s degree preferrably in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
