Job Overview We are looking for a Coding Instructor to join our team, responsible for coaching children ages 7‑14 in a fun, non‑intimidating environment. The instructor oversees day‑to‑day coaching, student engagement, and maintains a safe, positive space. Responsibilities Complete the curriculum and gain proficiency. Create a positive and safe environment for student growth. Assess children's skill levels and tailor instruction accordingly. Provide feedback to parents after student sessions. Perform opening and closing duties daily. Maintain cleanliness of the dojo to corporate standards. Report progress weekly to the Center Assistant Manager. Report daily to the Center Manager on activities and productivity. Qualifications Experience with children aged 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring). Ability to interact with the general public. Background in teaching, mentoring, or child care. Collaborative team player. Knowledge of coding and technology; or eagerness to learn basic concepts. Amusement working in a fast‑paced and changing environment. Compensation $17.50 – $20.00 per hour.
