Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, primarily based in Bogotá, D.C., with occasional flexibility for work from home.



The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing key analytics to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include regulatory compliance, budgeting, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial performance. Reporting directly to the Latin America CEO and CFO in the HQ

What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
Proven experience in Accounting practices and principles
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
