US & Canada Transformation Office – Bogota Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a player coach role managing a group of project managers, change managers and business analysts while serving as a program manager. This person will oversee the team’s portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality – all while managing a complex stakeholder group. This person will set the tone for the team, ensure a high level of quality in the teams works, maintain connectivity to the US & C on shore team as well as manage relationships with our business counterparts that we enable. This person will report directly to the US & Canada Transformation Leader.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our organization. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing large scale programs, organizational change management, and business analysis work. This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for our change and transformation initiatives.



You will work closely with Operational Leadership team to deliver change and achieve project outcomes.

What can you expect?

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members.
Manage end-to-end project to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
Create and manage project plan and establish governance required for project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Support organizational transformation initiatives by working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe.
