**Purpose**

The incumbent is responsible for managing end to end Data Quality and Quality Assurance which entails managing manual checks, automated queries, the Data Quality tool, report creations and ad-hoc requests. This includes analyzing and executing on operational efficiencies, including but not limited to system enhancements, process change improvements, regulatory and compliance requirements and supporting prioritized initiatives across General HR Operations. You will contribute to the overall success of Global HR Operations by ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. All activities must be conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

**Accountabilities**
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.




- Assists with the development of strategies, recommendations, including business benefits and costs, implementation, training and change management strategies
- Completes business analysis and consults with business sponsors/stakeholders to explore, assess and recommend business solutions.
- Supports the team with:

- Analysis of workflow processes and procedures
- Root cause and gap analysis and the design of future state workflow processes and procedures and analyzes system flows.
- Determining business impact for changes in processes and procedures
- Preparing requirement documents for Development and lead walkthrough discussions
- Executing test cases and documenting any defects
- Documents and coordinates training and communication
- Business stakeholder sessions
- Implementation of operational effectiveness plans and solutions
