Role Description: As a QA Specialist, your main priority is to ensure employees adhere to customer procedures. You will provide valuable insights to the Operations Department to help develop action plans aimed at enhancing employee performance. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify and address red flags and areas of opportunity. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, auditing accounts, employees, and procedures on a regular basis. Additionally, you will handle and respond efficiently to any claims or requests from internal or external clients, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Monitor employee performance daily through KPI dashboards.
Conduct internal audits to identify deviations from procedures.
Analyze performance data and share insights with QA leadership to enhance KPIs.




Identify training needs based on performance trends and coordinate with the training team.
Apply QA tools to ensure adherence to account procedures and quality standards.
Participate in internal and external calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency.
Lead or assist in quality training sessions for team members.
Prepare and maintain up-to-date quality management documentation (Flowcharts, SOPs, JDs).
Collaborate in monthly planning sessions with QA leadership to align on business objectives.
Provide timely feedback to team members when major non-conformities are detected. Required Skills: Professional degree in administrative fields (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related areas).
Knowledge or studies in Quality Management Systems.
Minimum 1 year of experience as QA Assistant or quality Analyst.
Strong understanding of logistics processes.
At least 1 year of experience in quality-related roles (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accountability and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professionalism in handling difficult conversations and delivering feedback.
