You’ll be working with a U.S.-based educational institution that helps students transform their futures through certified healthcare training programs.

This isn’t just about answering calls it’s about changing lives while building your own career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with prospective students and guide them toward career-changing programs.
Drive enrollments through outbound & inbound calls, texting, and emailing.




Follow up with leads and turn conversations into opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For

Background in sales and administrative or related fields.
B2+ English level or higher.
At least 6 months of sales experience.
Comfortable working on-site in Barranquilla.
Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
But more importantly:
