Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Schedule: Monday To Friday (time is pending to be defined)
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and sourcing qualified caregivers to support ongoing and future staffing needs within a home care environment.
This role is fully focused on outbound sourcing and headhunting activities and requires a highly proactive and results-driven approach. The adecuado candidate will consistently generate caregiver pipelines through direct outreach, platforms, and creative sourcing strategies, rather than relying on inbound applicants. This is a part-time role requiring strong autonomy, urgency, and accountability for sourcing outcomes.
Skills:
English C1
1 Year in talent sourcing, headhunting, or proactive recruitment.
Strong outbound sourcing skills (email outreach, platform-based sourcing, direct messaging).
Familiarity with caregiver or healthcare staffing environments (preferred).
Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify qualified caregivers (CHHA and related profiles) through multiple outbound channels.
Actively engage caregivers via email, direct messaging, sourcing platforms, and other outreach methods.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates for both immediate coverage and future needs.
Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess basic fit, availability, and interest.
Use sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to expand caregiver reach.
Track outreach activity and sourcing progress to ensure continuous candidate flow.
Adapt sourcing strategies based on results and market response. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with operational needs.
Maintain professionalism and urgency in all candidate communications.
