We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Leader to oversee gaming-equipment operations and ensure smooth, reliable studio performance every day.

What you'll do

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and inventories of all gaming equipment cards, dice, roulette wheels, card shoes, transport boxes, and all peripherals.
- Ensure gaming tables and equipment are always fully stocked and in excellent working condition, by coordinating with shift managers, dealers, and floor supervisors.
- Plan and manage the replacement of outdated or worn-out equipment maintaining detailed tracking of lifecycle and replacement procedures.
- Oversee orders and procurement of studio gaming equipment, handling administrative tasks related to supplies and stock.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of equipment administrators: organize workflows, assess performance, provide coaching and ensure consistent standards.
- Conduct data collection and analysis, prepare regular performance reports and equipment-status reports for management.
- Communicate daily updates to managers and coordinate with other departments to ensure studio readiness and operational efficiency.

Who were looking for

- Fluent English (C1 level)



strong written and verbal communication is required.
- Proven leadership experience: at least two years managing or leading a team, with ability to motivate staff and drive results.
- Comfortable using software and technology tools needed for inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure capable of making decisions, managing workflows and leading a team under tight timelines or shift-based schedules.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including 24/7 shifts if needed.
