- Coordinate daily operations in the Rydoo expense management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims.
- Review, validate, and approve/reject submitted expense reports according to company travel & expense policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on the correct use of Rydoo, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the liaison between Finance, HR, and employees for T&E-related; inquiries.
- Monitor compliance with internal T&E; policies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with system administration tasks, including user management, updates, and configuration changes in Rydoo.
- Support Finance with reconciliation of expenses and reporting.
- Generate and analyze T&E; reports to track trends, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to optimize T&E; processes and propose automation or policy enhancements.
- Assist in training employees and onboarding new hires on Rydoo usage.

We are looking for a T&E; Specialist with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in travel & expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations. The adecuado candidate is familiar with T&E; systems-preferably Rydoo-and experience with tools like Concur, SAP, or similar platforms is a strong plus. This role requires solid knowledge of corporate travel and expense policies, basic accounting principles, strong proficiency in Excel, and experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite. We are seeking someone with intermediate to advanced English skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
