The role of thenSeniorn/nLead JAVA Developernis an opportunity for a proven leader and technical expert in application delivery to help set and execute the design, engineering standards, and delivery processes, across Payment Integrity Solutions in the Provider Technology organization.

To rock this role, you should:

n

n
- Be hands-on in the designing of robust solutions to hard problems, while considering scale, security, reliability, and cost
n
- Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions.
n
- Work with distributed requirements and technical stakeholders to complete shared design and development.
n
- Support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery.
n
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and/or team-based events.
n
- Collaborate across teams and departments to help to create best practices.
n
- Identify defects and write reproducible bug reports following team standards for defects.
n
- Proactively lead team members on all aspects of software engineering.
n
- Participate in building key frameworks, including Dev





Ops/testing automation, and patterns that promote modularity, configurability, reusability, reliability, and telemetry (aligned to DP's principles).
n
- Ensures all non-production environments have appropriate level of data to support development and testing activities.
n
- Assess software delivery throughput (velocity) and code stability (quality).
n
- Leverage UML diagrams.
n
- Promote the usage of code quality and code security analyzers, like Checkmarx.
n
- Implement threshold checks for unit test coverages within the CI/CD pipeline.
n
- Perform thorough code reviews.
n

nWhat do you need to come aboard?n

- Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience.
n
- Minimum 10 years prior experience in application design, delivery, leading teams, working on challenging problems at scale.
n
- Innovative leader capable of solving complex problems and leading application development teams to deliver business-critical, enterprise solutions.
n
- Full-stack developer with experience innJAVAn,nSpringbootn,nPythonn,nNoden, etc.
n
- Has some level of understanding or experience in working onnAWSnservices likenS3n,nVPCn,nGluen,nLambdan,nAuroran, etc.
n
- Experience in developing and integratingnRESTful APIsn.
n
- Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (nSAFen).
n
- Strong organizational and conflict management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to include written, oral and group presentation skills and ability to influence with all levels.
n
- High levelnofnEnglishnwritten and verbal communication skills.
