**Start YOUR career with DHL today **We are currently in search of a Duty Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that daily operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
**Main Responsability**
- Manage and supervise the daily aircraft loading and unloading operations, material handling, and coordination of aircraft movements in accordance with the established schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact in the event of any operational contingency or incident.
- Support the NCG Controllers team in decision-making when necessary.
- Facilitate daily communication and coordination among different teams and departments to ensure processes are executed effectively and maintain a high level of compliance with scheduled itineraries.
- Keep the network informed about implemented contingencies and the expected impacts on material movement.
- Monitor station performance to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with established action plans.
- Support the evaluation of external and internal airlines’ performance by preparing daily operational management reports, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide input on requirements to be considered during route and schedule planning, as well as the coordination of resources needed for operations.
- Be prepared to handle operational contingencies, crisis situations, emergencies, and/or unforeseen issues that may affect normal airline operations.
- Support the development of the NCG Controllers team by keeping the team motivated and trained to efficiently fulfill their responsibilities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- More than 6-8 years of experience in network operations, logistics, or a related field, with extensive experience in the aviation industry.
- English B2-C1.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 24-hour operation.
