**About the role**
As a **Senior Project Manager**, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems. You will be a valued member of the **Travel & Hospitality**team and work collaboratively with a dynamic and inclusive team within the environment at Cognizant.
**In this role, you will**:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure alignment with company objectives, timelines, and compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate ServiceNow solutions, ensure seamless deployment, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage ServiceNow tools (CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM) to maintain accurate configuration data, enhance visibility, and optimize IT operations for improved service delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments, documenting plans and risks, and evaluating outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and a productive work environment while identifying opportunities for process efficiency.
**Work model**:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Barranquilla, AT. **What you need to have to be considered**:
- Extensive experience in managing complex IT service management projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow tools (CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM) to ensure effective configuration management, visibility, and optimized IT operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and industry awareness, staying updated with best practices and emerging trends.
- Relevant certifications in project management or ServiceNow solutions, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
