**BA Global Talent** is seeking an energetic and results-oriented **Business Development Manager (LATAM)** to drive growth within the creative and tech industries. You’ll be a key player in spotting opportunities, initiating conversations, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and technology partners. This position blends the proactive lead-hunting of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with the strategic deal-closing skills of a seasoned Sales Executive. If you understand how to connect creativity with commercial results, you’ll feel right at home here. Experience in design, or a strong grasp of design-led solutions, will give you an edge.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Actively identify and approach potential clients in creative, design, and technology sectors.
- **Relationship Development**: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers and key influencers.
- **Strategic Sales Planning**: Work with leadership to refine target market approaches, positioning, and messaging.
- **Pipeline Management**:Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing, keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
- **Pitching & Presentations**: Create tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations that address client needs.
- **Market Awareness**: Keep an eye on trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years in business development, SDR, or sales within creative and/or tech industries.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Solid understanding of creative processes, design thinking,



and/or tech-driven solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Able to adapt to confidently engage with creative directors and CTOs alike.

**Nice to have**:

- Background in design (agency, studio, or corporate) or a design-related qualification.
- Established network within creative agencies, tech firms, or design-led companies.
- Experience selling SaaS, creative services, or solutions that merge technology and design.
