**Test Planning and Execution**
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify system functionality, integration, and performance.

**Test Automation Build and Maintenance**
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts in line with existing framework and methodogy ensuring we have a thorough regression coverage.

**Defect Management and Troubleshooting**
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Collaborate with developers and support teams to analyze root causes and verify fixes

**Requirements Analysis and Collaboration**
Work with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure comprehensive test coverage

**Test Documentation and Reporting**
Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain traceability matrices to ensure compliance and support audits.

**Key responsibilities** and authority**
- Utilise a test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value
- Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change
- Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated.
- Document and evaluates test results.
- Detect, log, and report program bugs and errors
- Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software.
- Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated
- Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value.
- Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance.




- Work with software developers to determine solutions.
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies.

**Key requirements**
- Experience in project management and QA approaches.
- Advance knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium (or playwright), Appium (used for mobile testing), Serenity BDD, Playwright. (Cucumber)
- Working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java.
- Working Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions (nice to have)
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks.
- Error documentation and debugging.
- Test management software experience.
- Interest in AI regarding testing practices.

**Education/ Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
