**About Convatec**

At Convatec, we are looking for a University Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end projects and actively participate in key HR processes, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of **full projects** and manage tasks with a higher level of complexity.
- **Manage and lead the onboarding (induction) program**, including agenda coordination, logistics, daily interaction with new hires, communication, and corporate presence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, representing the HR area with professionalism and confidence.
- Support the team with data analysis, presentations, and information management.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and HR projects according to business needs.

**Profile We Are Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in **Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or related fields**.
- **Autonomous, confident, and communicative**, with the ability to lead sessions and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable making basic decisions and proposing solutions.
- Strong skills in **Excel, PowerPoint, and database management**.
- English is not a mandatory requirement; however,



the ability to understand and manage documents in English using available tools is expected.

**Work Model & Schedule**:

- **Hybrid model**, with a minimum of **3 days per week in the office**.
- Some weeks may require full on-site attendance depending on the activities.
- Adaptable schedule, aligned with university requirements.
