**What You Will Do As A Local Sales Agent I**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Input data accurately into software platforms
- Upsell and promote products/services
- Meet individual sales and performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls




- Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed
- Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks-
- Participate in special projects assigned by management (such as role-playing, shadowing, other training needs, product testing)
- Perform other related duties or projects, as assigned

**What You Will Bring As A Local Sales Agent I**
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in sales
- Leadership skills to help motivate and implement account accountability within team
- Strong focus on process development/improvement in all areas tied to this department
- Build processes and efficiencies to prevent limitations
- Support organization’s overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals
- Act as a role model within the organization
- Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG
- Ability to work independently while maintaining creative thinking
- A quiet space to work
- Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Mobile: Android version 7.0+ or above or iOS 13.0 or above
