**Recruiter - Home Care Agency (On-Site)**

- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST_

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**:

- Handle **high-volume inbound calls**:

- Verify documents and complete onboarding within **48 hours**:

- Coordinate **virtual interviews**:

- Maintain ATS, metrics, and weekly reports
- Support staffing needs for two Wisconsin offices
- Work closely with the client POC on priorities

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1+ year of recruitment experience** (home care/healthcare/staffing preferred)
- Experience supporting **U.S.based clients** (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with **ATS systems**:

- **English B2+**
