**Position: Virtual Front Desk ReceptionistLocation**:

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Front Desk Receptionist to join our physical therapy office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks including patient scheduling, inquiries, and general office support, all while working remotely.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling software.
- Provide patients with information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Process insurance verifications and authorizations.
- Manage patient reminders and follow-up communications.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with Doctors and other staff to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure smooth communication between the office and patients.
- **General Office Duties**:
- Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a medical office is preferred but not mandatory. Customer service experience is a must.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
- **Equipment**: Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A quiet and professional home office environment.
**Work Schedule**:
** Days**:Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- **Hours**: 11:00 AM to 7 PM EST.
