Solutions Associate

About Us:
This is a Go-To-Market Engineering firm that designs and implements highly technical, AI-native GTM, RevOps, and revenue systems for B2B companies. We work with founders, executives, and revenue leaders to solve complex growth problems using bespoke architectures.

This is not transactional sales. This is consultative, technical, high-trust selling.

The Role

We’re hiring a **Solutions Associate** who operates as a hybrid **SDR + AE** and can own the sales motion end-to-end for complex B2B deals.

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, shaping, and closing opportunities where the “product” is a highly customized GTM or RevOps solution. This role requires strong business acumen, comfort with technical concepts, and the ability to sell through ambiguity.

You will work directly with the Founder and senior stakeholders on live opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound and inbound qualification through close
- Run discovery calls with founders, C-level executives, and senior revenue leaders
- Translate vague or high-level business problems into structured solution narratives
- Collaborate closely with technical and strategy teams to scope solutions
- Lead consultative conversations around GTM architecture, RevOps, automation, AI, and data
- Manage multi-stakeholder, multi-meeting sales cycles with long-term relationship focus
- Maintain clean deal notes, pipeline updates, and forecasts
- Follow up with precision, professionalism, and executive-level communication
- Act as a trusted advisor,

What We’re Looking For

**Must-Haves**
- Exceptional English communication skills (near-native fluency required)
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions (services, consulting, SaaS, or hybrid)
- Strong consultative selling mindset with structured discovery skills
- Comfort discussing technical concepts (RevOps, CRM, automation, data, AI, systems)
- Experience managing longer, multi-touch sales cycles
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
- Strong executive presence on calls

**Strongly Preferred**
- Background in consulting, professional services, or advisory roles
- Experience selling to founders, executives, or enterprise/mid-market B2B teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience in RevOps, GTM, SaaS, or digital transformation environments

What This Is Not
- Not high-volume, transactional SDR work
- Not script-based or templated selling
- Not a role for someone who needs rigid playbooks or heavy hand-holding
