**What You’ll Do**
As our IT Support, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and helping our team stay productive and connected. You'll be the go-to for both technical troubleshooting and systems support.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Track and manage IT hardware and software assets
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Administer LAN, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure
- Configure and manage user accounts, access, and permissions
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards.
- ** Minimum requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or systems admin role.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (is preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and helpdesk support.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- A proactive, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
