We are looking for a **Social Media Manager** to join our team in a **full-time, remote working model** and take full ownership of our social media presence.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute social media operations across **LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook**:
- Develop content ideas aligned with brand strategy, marketing goals, and business priorities
- Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across all platforms
- Coordinate and follow up on content production processes (copy, visuals, video, approvals)
- Publish posts, stories, and updates on brand accounts in a timely and consistent manner
- Manage community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and page moderation
- Ensure a consistent brand tone, visual language, and messaging across all social channels
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and prepare reports
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams when required
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in social media management
- Proven experience managing **LinkedIn,
Instagram, and Facebook** accounts
- Strong understanding of content planning, publishing workflows, and community management
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with **B2B or corporate brands**:
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience working with design, video, or creative teams
- Knowledge of social media tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, scheduling platforms)
**Social Media & Content Skills**
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas tailored to different platforms
- Understanding of audience personas and content targeting
- Ability to evaluate performance data and optimize content accordingly
- Strong attention to detail in language, visuals, and brand consistency
**Working Model & Job Details**

Compensation and Payment:
800 USD equivalent approximately 2.975.000 COP paid in the beginning of each month
