**The Role**:
**Senior Talent Partner**
Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) to join our growing team, embedded within a leading **SaaS software company in Colombia** that specialises in procurement, spend management, and invoicing solutions.
This is a **6-month contract** role, ideal for someone passionate about **Professional Services hiring**, collaborative by nature, and hands-on in their approach. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders to hire Engagement / Project Manage and sales professionals who manage **complex enterprise deals**, often selling directly to **CFOs and finance leaders**.
**Key Responsibilities and Contributions**:
- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Sales & Professional Services roles
- Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
- Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
- Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
- Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
**Your Profile**:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and Professional services roles
- Proven track record of hiring across professional Services
- Passion for Technology with a solid understanding of sales cycles
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
