Join our dynamic team as our new Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). You'll play a crucial role in shaping our technical direction and driving the development of our cutting-edge platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the automated testing efforts by understanding the code's functionality and interactions within complex software architecture.
- Design, set up, and maintain test automation frameworks across diverse platforms.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors and internal developers to ensure successful product launches and milestone closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, test cases, and testing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired applicants:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and collaborating with internal developers.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HCM, payments, or integral workforce management platforms is a plus.
