The PPC Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search advertising campaigns across Google Ads. This role focuses on driving qualified leads and improving cost-per-acquisition performance across multiple markets and locations.

The PPC Manager will oversee campaign development, budget management, performance optimization, and reporting, and will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support the company’s growth objectives.

The idóneo candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale lead generation campaigns, optimizing performance marketing initiatives, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, focusing on qualified lead generation and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) performance
- Launch, scale, and expand campaigns across multiple geographic markets
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for market expansion

Performance Optimization & Budget Management

- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across 20+ markets to maximize ROI
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Optimize campaigns using offline conversion data and CRM-integrated lead quality metrics

Testing & Conversion Optimization

- Develop and test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to increase conversions
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking, attribution models,



and performance analytics

Reporting & Analytics

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and CPA
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- 5- 6+ years of PPC / paid search experience
- Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns
- Experience managing large advertising budgets across multiple markets
- Experience optimizing campaigns for cost per acquisition (CPA) and lead quality
- Experience working with multi-location businesses preferred
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking
- Experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with CRM-integrated lead tracking or offline conversion tracking preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy, attribution models, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
