Amrize IT is seeking an SAP HCM Specialist to join the H2R Applications team. This role will focus on gathering requirements, designing, and developing solutions across the entire Human Resources applications landscape, with a primary emphasis on payroll-related activities.

What you will do:

- Provide expertise and approvals during the development phase, test planning, and ensure solutions meet the overall design requirements for the HR application landscape
- Provide technical support to regional and general initiatives and projects.




- Work directly with the business to define requirements and propose solutions.
- Oversee all HR configuration and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline with IT focus.
- Configuration of SAP - Time Management and ESSMSS, SAP Payroll and Benefits
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR integration with other modules.
- Experience in ABAP development
