Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogotá, D.C., for a Sales Business Development professional. The role includes identifying and generating qualified leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Responsibilities also involve building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,
maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market presence for Arbol’s innovative voice AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships, engage effectively with stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven expertise in lead generation and market research to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret market insights and develop data-driven strategies
- Proactive problem‑solving abilities and capability to work within a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and AI-focused products is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is an advantage
- Existing connections within the industry – a strong plus
