What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the full recruitment cycle for bilingual BPO roles
- Source and headhunt candidates like it’s your second nature
- Move fast on pipelines and keep roles filled, not "open"
- Screen candidates in English (no scripts, real conversations)
- Use ATS like a control tower, not a checklist
- Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving
- Track candidates, follow up, and don’t let talent go cold
- Help us build smarter ways to attract bilingual profiles
What We Need From You
- English B2+ (you can hold your ground in real conversations)
- 1+ year recruiting for BPO roles in English
- Experience in sourcing + headhunting (not just posting jobs)
- Solid ATS handling
- Comfortable working with high-volume hiring
- Strong communication and speed of execution
- Tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Computrabajo, etc. are your playground
