This role is essential in driving new business opportunities and building the foundation of long-term client relationships. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for outreach, lead qualification, and passing qualified opportunities to our closers, while also closing deals yourself when needed.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn messages, email (manual and automated), and cold calling as a core activity.
- Generate new business opportunities and create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule and lead exploration calls with prospects to assess fit and understand their business needs.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales closers.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools and consistently update the sales pipeline.
- Research and identify new leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Nurture relationships with qualified leads to move them through the top of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation roles in logitics enviroments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, cold calling, and high-volume prospecting.




- Experience using LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems. (This is not a must)
- Ability to create basic pricing proposals and commercial decks.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Resilient and mentally tough. Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent with high-volume outreach.
- Motivated by targets, pipeline growth, and measurable performance metrics.
- Strong communication presence
- Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Able to manage follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline stages without dropping opportunities.
- Adaptable and agile
- Comfortable testing new messaging, adjusting outreach strategies and pivoting when needed.
