- Optimize IT and telecom spend
- Consolidate vendors and improve negotiations
- Drive cost savings and efficiencies
- Execute sourcing and benchmarking initiatives

They embed specialized consultants to support hands‑on execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT & Telecom Procurement Consultant to support sourcing and cost optimization initiatives focused on technology spend.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where the consultant will work directly on procurement activities related to IT, software, cloud, and telecommunications categories.

The adecuado candidate will combine solid procurement fundamentals with strong domain knowledge in IT and Telecom, including experience negotiating with technology vendors and managing IT‑related contracts.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Telecom Sourcing Execution

- Support end‑to‑end sourcing activities across IT, software, cloud, and telecom categories
- Run RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for technology vendors
- Conduct vendor evaluations, benchmarking, and cost analysis
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities across IT spend
- Review and support negotiation of MSAs, SaaS agreements, telecom contracts, and licensing agreements
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize pricing,



terms, and renewals
- Assist in vendor onboarding and performance tracking

Spend Analysis & Optimization

- Analyze IT and telecom spend to identify savings and consolidation opportunities
- Support development of cost models and comparisons
- Contribute to reporting and tracking of savings initiatives

Procurement Operations

- Support procurement workflows including purchase orders, approvals, and supplier setup
- Work within procurement tools and ERPs (SAP, Coupa, NetSuite, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with internal teams such as IT, Finance, and Operations
- Support communication with stakeholders on sourcing initiatives and vendor decisions

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
- Strong experience in IT and/or Telecommunications procurement (must‑have)
- Proven experience working with:
- Telecom providers
- Hands‑on experience with:
- RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
- Contract review and negotiation support
- Vendor evaluation and cost analysis
- Experience working with procurement tools (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Hands‑on and execution‑oriented
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with good commercial judgment
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments
- Proactive and adaptable
