The Enterprise Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying enterprise-level sales opportunities through strategic outbound outreach. The role collaborates closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to build pipeline growth, engage decision-makers, and support the company's expansion across target markets.

Job Description

- Research and identify enterprise-level prospects across target industries including healthcare, finance, technology, logistics, and professional services.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and video outreach campaigns.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft for lead generation and pipeline management.
- Engage VP-level and C-suite stakeholders through consultative and personalized outreach strategies.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer pain points, business needs, and qualification criteria.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives while ensuring complete and accurate handoff details.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect activity tracking,



and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet or exceed outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution targets.
- Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive activity within outsourcing and managed services industries.
- Support account-based selling (ABS/ABM) initiatives and strategic prospecting efforts.
- Represent the company professionally in all prospect and stakeholder interactions.

Screening Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting, or business development.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales environments.
- Experience handling outbound-heavy sales activities and meeting generation.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Must have a stable employment history.
