Job Description:
Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform. Present and offer our website services to potential clients. Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer. Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.
What We Offer:
- Base Pay: 11,200 COP/hour
- Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses

Job Requirements:
- We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English and Spanish language skills to join our team.
- Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
- Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
- A history of great teamwork
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time with overtime Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
