Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agentic AI Support Engineer based in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Support Engineer will handle day-to-day technical and customer support tasks, including troubleshooting issues, providing client assistance, and ensuring smooth operation of systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Building AI agents to support and solve complex support issues
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Experience in Technical Support and in-depth knowledge of Operating Systems
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing client concerns
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, empathetic, and user-friendly manner
- Familiarity with AI systems, applications, or concepts is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
