About You

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Spanish Speaker) to join our growing Colombia team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting merchants and customers using Kayana’s platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, technical support requests, and operational assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants.

You will engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on product features, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve problems quickly, and maintain a positive customer experience will play an important role in supporting Kayana’s continued global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely and professional support to merchants and customers through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries related to Kayana products, system functionality, and account support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues in coordination with internal product and technical teams.




- Guide merchants through platform features, onboarding steps, and best practices to maximize their use of Kayana solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, support cases, and resolutions within internal systems or CRM tools.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
- Monitor and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding recurring issues, customer concerns, and product improvement opportunities.
- Support the overall customer experience by ensuring service levels and response times meet company standards.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear step-by-step guidance to customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
- Experience using CRM or support ticketing systems is an advantage.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
