About the role

This role combines project management, operational coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration across fashion retail and digital production environments. You’ll work closely with creative teams, designers, production partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects move smoothly from planning to execution while maintaining high quality standards and strong communication.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Manage priorities, dependencies, approvals, and operational follow‑up
- Support collaboration between creative, production, and business teams
- Track project progress and proactively identify blockers or risks
- Ensure teams receive the necessary information, assets, and requirements to execute efficiently
- Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and status updates
- Help improve operational processes and team organization
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams

Qualifications





- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Production, Operations, or similar roles
- Experience coordinating creative or digital production workflows
- Fashion retail industry experience is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong follow‑up skills
- English level: C1 or fully bilingual (must)
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients is a strong plus
