Client Operations Associate

In this role, you'll support client accounts by helping monitor commercial, operational, and financial health while supporting risk and opportunity identification. You'll help optimize Professional Services operations by reviewing data and communications, supporting process improvements.

What You'll Do

- Help monitor and review client accounts across commercial, operational, and financial aspects.
- Support process reviews within operations and suggest improvements as needed.
- Help review escalated risks and opportunities from different areas to support decision‑making.
- Support process improvements and task automation within the Professional Services scope.
- Help audit data to support information accuracy, review client meetings, and support email communication review.
- Support data analysis and insights, help manage tasks, and follow up with Account Managers and Sales Reps.

What we are looking for





- Experience working with process‑related areas or operations.
- Academic background in Engineering, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts.
- Advanced level of English.
