In this role, you’ll support the execution of the Snacks category long-term strategy by bringing brands to life through impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver business results aligned with profit, volume, and market share objectives, while managing budgets and driving innovation across the Andean Region. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Strategy & Execution - Implement marketing initiatives aligned with long-term strategy, including pricing, packaging, merchandising, and promotions.
- Demand & Insights Generation - Identify consumer trends and shopper insights to strengthen brand positioning and drive demand.
- Budget Management - Execute and track marketing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget ownership.
- Performance & Market Analysis - Monitor sales, market share,



and competitive activity to evaluate effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead end-to-end projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related business areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial fundamentals, including P&L; and A&P; management
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
