Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch with a strong focus on Operations to support our leadership team. This role is designed for a structured professional who excels at the intersection of administrative support and logistics management.

Core Responsibilities:
Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Facilitate day-to-day operations by coordinating effectively between internal teams,



external contractors, and vendors.
- Manage high-volume communication, taking calls from clients and resolving inquiries with a focus on operational excellence.

Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support, including documentation, record-keeping, and meeting preparation.
- Monitor operational workflows to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure all administrative tasks align with U.S. business hours and regional operational requirements.

Communication & Governance
- Act as a bilingual liaison (English/Spanish), ensuring clear and accurate communication across multicultural teams and diverse client bases.
- Maintain professional standards in all interactions with vendors and contractors to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Handle sensitive operational data and schedules with high attention to detail and discretion.
