Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented,



and proactive Operations & Onboarding Virtual Team Ambassadorto manage the post-sale process from signed agreement through installation and activation. This role is critical to revenue generation.

You will not be responsible for sales or marketing. Instead, you will own the execution and follow-up process after a deal is closed, ensuring merchants, corporate teams, and installers stay on track. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow established processes, take initiative, and does not require constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable making phone calls to merchants and internal teams
- Able to work independently without hand-holding
